Please note: It is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage and the providers in your network. We kindly ask you to fill out our "insurance benefit form" after calling your insurance company. 

No in-network coverage? You might want to find out your "out of network coverage" which is often really good as well. 

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) – Automobile Insurance Claims

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is part of most auto insurance coverage unless you have waived it.  If you have been involved in an auto accident, your auto insurance will cover your medical expenses (including acupuncture) regardless if the accident is your fault or not.

Before schedule your appointment using PIP coverage, please find out the following information:

• prescription from your medical doctor (ICD10 codes)
• claim number
• the date the accident occurred
• the name and telephone number of the insurance adjuster from your personal auto insurance company

Please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel. 

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you may be charged a fee of $50.
